I really appreciate how proactive they are when assembling a benefits package. Rather than leaving us to handle everything and simply having a brokerage approve it, Nava actively collaborates to develop creative solutions and takes the time to explain the reasoning behind their recommendations, even if those suggestions align with our current approach. I also value their strong client focus. It's great that I can direct any employee to the Nava app, where they can reach out to the customer support team with any questions, eliminating the need for me to act as an intermediary.
