The best part is that if we keep applying daily and update our Naukri profile every morning around 9 a.m., then we don’t have to buy the premium subscription, and we can still receive interview calls. I like that the search on Naukri.com is pretty good. The ability to filter by location, industry, and specific keywords is very useful and makes a lot of sense to use. Moreover, I'm able to nicely filter jobs available only in my city, which is great. I also appreciate that I can filter based on criteria like CTC availability. I use Naukri.com mainly for checking job openings and updating my profile when needed. The process of searching and applying for jobs is simple, which makes it easier to use regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Naukri.com?

Sometimes I see repeated job posts while searching, which can make the results feel a little similar. A few listings also remain active even after the position is no longer available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Naukri.com?

It’s very easy to connect with HR, and the application process is simple. I can filter and search for jobs by role, location, and job title, which makes it much easier to find what I’m looking for. I use it every time I’m job hunting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Naukri.com?

Sometimes my profile doesn’t get pushed, and preference seems to be given to paid profiles. I didn’t like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Naukri.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me get a job faster and in an easy way. I can connect with HR from many different companies, which also helps me find a job. It also provides interview guidance, which is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
