I negotiated a purchase of a domain and forced to create an account with namebright to claim ownership. I did, everything was fine. I was not currently using the domain, so I left it in the acocunt. It was expiring and I wanted to transfer it. I could no longer log into my account. I emailed support, and they are asking for me to send a copy of my ID and a piece of mail to "verify" my address and identity. Not a chance. None of that is needed to own a domain or have access to an account. I consider this blackmail. I just want the domain I paid for and own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything. Nothing about their service has been helpful or in any way an asset, it has been a complete nightmare and every time I try to get something accomplished it takes numerous emails, chats and phone calls. Very user-friendly. The cost is low and affordable. Easy to set up a new domain. they also provide ssl certificate which can be bought from them. They also have email sollution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is becoming outdated. There is no easy way to syndicate listings in marketplace networks, like there is at GoDaddy or Dynadot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
