DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! It was shady from the beginning. **What do you dislike about NameBright?** I negotiated a purchase of a domain and forced to create an account with namebright to claim ownership. I did, everything was fine. I was not currently using the domain, so I left it in the acocunt. It was expiring and I wanted to transfer it. I could no longer log into my account. I emailed support, and they are asking for me to send a copy of my ID and a piece of mail to "verify" my address and identity. Not a chance. None of that is needed to own a domain or have access to an account. I consider this blackmail. I just want the domain I paid for and own. **What problems is NameBright solving and how is that benefiting you?** A 3rd party had a name I wanted, and they used NameBright to transfer it to me ### 2. Otherwise there is nothing that this company has or offers that is worthwhile. **What do you dislike about NameBright?** Everything. Nothing about their service has been helpful or in any way an asset, it has been a complete nightmare and every time I try to get something accomplished it takes numerous emails, chats and phone calls. Save yourself the headache and never use NameBright. NEVER. **Recommendations to others considering NameBright:** Just don't. Use a company that works like a company and offers good products with decent support- NameBright is not that, nowhere near. **What problems is NameBright solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. The cost is low and affordable. Easy to set up a new domain. they also provide ssl certificate which can be bought from them. They also have email sollution. **What do you dislike about NameBright?** Nothing found till now. Their response time for support is appreciable. **Recommendations to others considering NameBright:** Please go for it. **What problems is NameBright solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy domain registration. Email solution and ssl certificates. Domain transfer and migration. Also provides a bunch of free features. ### 4. I've consolidated most of my domains to this registrar. **What do you dislike about NameBright?** The interface is becoming outdated.
