## Name.com Reviews
  ### 1. they are among big names out there and they stand out

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 𝕴𝖘𝖒𝖆𝖎𝖑 . | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

Their dashboard is comprehensive and easy to navigate. you don't have to be an expert to know what to do the platform is as easy as ABC. Their price is somehow good compared to some. Customer support is helpfull

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

When it comes to renewal, the price slightly changes, which some people may find a bit strange.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

online digital names, online presence. domain registration.helps people who are not tech wizards register a domain name.

  ### 2. Do not use Name.com for hosting or any internet related services

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

Supposed all in one hosting and digital business account services

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

Buyer Beware!!!!: This outfit is a racket. 1. Help desk tickets take about 6 hours average to respond. 2. When help desk does respond, there is little to no help that is given beyond what already exists in the FAQs. 3. Discounts/Coupons can't be applied to pre-existing serives upon renewal so if you want a discount, you have to cancel existing services and then rebuy. 4. Adding any additional accounts to Google Workspace costs the same as when originally setting up your first accounts so for my first two accounts I was charged $72.00 for my third account I was charged $70.00 and so on. 5. The only way I was able to obtain a refund was to threathen to refer them to the Federal Consumer Protection Bureau.

So, what they do is the try to lock you in by saying that it's one stop shopping but once you're locked in, they slam charge you with any services you try to add. So, if you want to scale or grow your business, DO NOT use this private equity owned highway robbery outfit!!!!

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

none.

  ### 3. Best domain partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anum R. | Customer Desk, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

very simple to use & easy to setup
they don't push you to upsell
their pricing is excellent, also if very support and cost-friendly when you need to re-acquire a domain
support you to transfer domain to & from the service

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

customer service is slow, but in last 10 years of usage, rarely needed to contact them. Also if you by chance put auto-renewals on, they would charge for renewals a few days earlier.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you carry a small number of domain, nothing comes close to the simplicity of service Name.com provides for both managing your domains and for transferring or seting them up. Their additional services, let you build your whole online business from domain to hosting, security & mails. No need to use any third-party service as name.com has it all

  ### 4. Best Domain registrar, simple, efficient & affordable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Munawar K. | Digital Business Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

They are straight forward when it comes to domain registrations & related solutions. The best thing about them is they don't push you to buy products, unlike others.

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

Quite honestly I have been with them for over 10 years and there nothing that I would complaint about. Some of their cross sell products are sometimes not very compatible.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Name.com has been our domain partner for over 10 years. They have made the whole process so easy and effecient for us.
They continue to inform you in advance foryour expiries and keep you updated wiht latest discount codes to save money

  ### 5. Competive domain Pricing for both new registrations and transfers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | Internet Marketer, Leisure, Travel & Tourism, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

Pricing. Though they offer multiple domain extensions, I find them particularly useful for top level domains or the big three...com. net and org. There transfer process is very simple and often offers the best value when looking for a new registrar.

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

The renewal rates for the more obscure domain extensions could be cheaper though I find this to be the case with most registrars. Perhaps this could be an area where they buck the trend.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Top domain providers like Name help keep the marketplace competitive. The crisp design of their interface is a big plus, avoiding the cluttered look that other providers often use.

  ### 6. it is terrible

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

UI Based; that's it. I don't like the high prices vs. what you're getting.

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

I've been using name.com for services and had a Yearly Business Hosting plan for the past half decade. Everything was fine until one day I needed to write a script that uses PHPMailer to send emails via SMTP. I wrote a script that worked on my localhost environment and had it run perfectly. Then, when testing on my name.com hosting, the connection was refused every time.

I contacted name.com support to be disregarded for the first two weeks. Afterwards they closed my support thread, then merged the support thread with another customer's support thread. This other customer had a completely different issue than mine and exposed his personal details (name, domain, phone number, etc.) while merged with my support request. This merge also exposed urls and files on my server that were password protected to this other customer. Then after another week of requesting help in this same thread, they finally got back to me with port 465 for SMTP isn't blocked it's not an issue on our (name.com) end. I didn't believe this, so to test the theory, I made a digitalocean account and setup the same phpmailer script. The script worked without any issues on digitalocean.

So basically, name.com support lied to me and exposed my information to another customer (and vice versa), after being a customer with them for over a half decade. Save yourself the headache and go with a better service provider. DigitalOcean works much better.

**Recommendations to others considering Name.com:**

Sign up for a digitaloceans account instead.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They haven't solved any of my problems. They just tell me it's not their fault when it clearly is.

  ### 7. easy to use beginner friendly domain registrar

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

Name.com was offering one free domain of your choice in GitHub education pack, so i availed that offer to get a free domain, and it was easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

DNS and domain managing tools and features are pretty basic and limited, and web hosting lacks advanced features such as proxy, DDOS protection etc.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Domain management, domain buying and parking. name.com provides domains at a dirt low price, especially not so common like .me, .codes etc.

  ### 8. !!Be carefull with Name.com!!

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Konstantin B. | Senior UX Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

Lol ...please read the next section before registering anything with Name.com !

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

Be careful!! It appears Name.com uses analytics to spot cool new domain requests and will then "front-run" you and take your idea, in order to put it back on the market for sale for over 2,000$ :-DD Great business model, applause to the founders!!!!

Why am I saying it?:
Few days ago, I searched on Name.com the availability of a small niche domain called "www.better.design". Not only was it available, but the analytic of Name.com indicated basically that it's a great choice (because the name is simple, short and to the point). So I bought everything with my MasterCard and was happy as a professional designer.

But what followed next was weird - and appears to be a scam:
Instead of sending me a confirmation of the registration - www.Name.com has delayed the whole registration, because:
1. I was asked one day later by a manual email (by a guy from India) to upload my german passport ID manually via email to the customer support, supposedly for validation (which I did, although I found it weird)
2. I got a second manual email from the support, saying "they validated everything successfully, but now they supposedly cannot charge by international MasterCard, because the german card does not work supposedly - although it works and I have more than enough balance it :-D

And now the funny part:
I double-checked everything with my german bank - everything works as always - but when I return to www.Name.com, then my domain is now for sale on Name.com for 2,500$ !!! LOL

Of course, they can say this is a coincidence, but the "better.design" is a small niche domain, so not everyone searches for it and once again sending me manual emails from support in India, claiming supposedly my card would not work or I need to manually send my ID card (which was not part of registration process) ... just to put the domain 2 days later for sale for 2,500$ ?

I believe, the founders of Name.com ... have an analytics system running in the background, that identifies opportunities and they earn their big money, not by selling you cheap domains, but by using these analytics for "Front-Running". Congratulations to you, founders of Name.com!! haha

Well, in my case, I learn that I should have stayed with my german legit domain provider that is regulated, than trying Name.com .

Maybe it is all just a big coincidence that happened to me, but be cautious with this provider!!

Cheers,
Konstantin

  ### 9. They don't answer the phone anymore! Automated responses

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenya S. | Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

Affordable domain names and easy basic website setup for beginners

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

Customer service has become comlkete garbage. About a year ago I remember being able to call in and reach someone instantly. Nowadays there is an repeating automated message referring callers back to the website. The online chat(bot) is also not helpful. It only directs the customer to FAQ type troubleshooting. Getting human help is it's very difficult the last couple of months. What happened to the old name.com that I signed up to? I'm currently dealing with the inability to log into one of my business related emails through the name.com Webmail dashboard. It stopped functioning with my Outlook several months ago. I have other accounts tied to this business email and even though I changed the password "successfully" on name.com, I still can't log into their webmail. So basically all my emails are being held hostage. I don't know if they are trying to recover from the pandemic, they have downsized, they have laid people off, or what's going on. It seems like one person is fielding all the support ticket emails. Maybe that's why it's taking them so long to respond.? I have been a customer for several years now so after renewing at least 20 domains, a couple of email accounts, and a few basic website hosting I know they have gotten their money's worth out of me. So why can't I at least get decent customer support in return?!

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None at the moment. To the contrary they are causing me problems by not having the phone lines opened and available.

  ### 10. Tricky business you should avoid

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

Nothing. Don't appreciate their tricky business model.

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

Tricky business model--I searched to register a specific domain name. They auto popped up something so similar without stating my desired domain name was not available and tripped you to sign up something that was not what I was looking for. And they didn't provide a process for you to double check the domain name before completing the transaction. I had to turn to my credit card to dispute it. That's terrible.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I reached out to their support and they refused to refund me. No benefits.

  ### 11. very ugly service

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olexandr Z. | freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

nothing. bad service without support in web hosting

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

very ugly service. They cant solve my issue (hosting setting does not work) and don't give me any answer.
Ticket ID: #2344221
it's a pity that i take my time for this hosting.
Live chat is not wor only stupid bot, very hard to speak in the chat with support. And they change my webpage. don't use this hosting!!!!

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i done solving any problem with Name.com and dont realized any benefits

  ### 12. A good domain solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Furkan A. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

Name.com is a good solution in domain space and we used it to acquire an "io" domain. The process was fast and the user interface was simple to enough to use and configure our domain settings.

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

The design of the dashboard can be improved. It looks a bit outdated.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem we solve is acquiring a domain name. Name.com offers a lot of campaigns that could be helpful.

  ### 13. Dodgy outfit and terrible customer service

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

There is nothing I like about this outfit.

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

Their customer service is appalling. It seems like their responses are completely automated and they don't give any detail. They completely ignored one of my emails.

They sent me an email a month before and a week before my registration expired. They also sent me an email on the day and day after it expired. So far, so good. But then nothing. If I remember correctly, they keep the domain active for 25 days after expiry. I would have thought it was in their own interest to keep reminding me at least during that period.

I can't prove this, but I believe they prefer to allow it to expire so they can resell it for several times the amount they would get from re-registration.

Not happy with them at all.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All I needed was somewhere to register my domain.

  ### 14. Zero Customer Care and Bad Business Practices

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karina Q. | Founder, Writer/Photographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

They offer URLs for sale. It's easy to buy.

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

The worst customer service. They take an automated approach first, and make you work double to address an issue. I inquired twice with them for the same transaction with zero success in having them actually understand my issues. It was clear they set up automated responses that do not pay attention to the actual problem at hand. Bottom line is they do not care whatsoever about issues their customers are experiencing and will just take your money anyway. It's a business that makes it easy to get in but not easy to get out.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Name.com sent an email reminding me of 5 domain renewals with the option to select which ones I would renew. I selected only one to renew and received a confirmation of that selection via email. They charged me accordingly. But a few days they later charged me anyway for the other 4 domains I did not select for renewal. As part of my complaint, I sent them the proof of their error via their website. Their response showed me ZERO concern for an ERRONEOUS charge and simply replied they don't refund money for domain names. It appeared to be an automated response. They are forcing me to write them again (their site says they have no online chat available currently), to continue to fight for my money back. This is a HORRIBLE business ethic and disrespect for customers. Businesses should not be allowed to take your money when they made a mistake and charged you illegitimately, not following their own paper trail. I have blocked them from ever charging me again and will never do business with Name.com again.

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

The price is fair. Cheapest in the group. Reliable and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

Lack of LIVE chat or phone support. I wish there is a way to do LIVE chat. May be even put in some time where someone is available to chat would be better than nothing.

**Recommendations to others considering Name.com:**

You wouldn't find a better price and better service than name.com. They may not have LIVE chat, but their email support is top-notch. When they get to your case, it will be solve one way or another. You will not be disappointed.

Easy to use, similar to webmail. Easy to add users and see what usage is going on with other accounts.

Great free email service similar to webmail.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email sending and receiving.

  ### 19. Worst Customer Service Ever

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2018

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

They provide the basic services that you would expect from a hosting company, nothing spectacular.

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

Literally the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. My site has been down for 3 days and I have a huge meeting tomorrow. I wrote URGENT/EMERGENCY, etc. in the Subject Line and NOTHING. I tried to call support, but apparently they're not available this morning (it's Monday morning). And this is during support hours, I can only email right now...

**Recommendations to others considering Name.com:**

Don't use it, if you ever have a problem they're not going to be there to help you.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for domain hosting, my RapidSSL, etc. They've proved to be more of a headache than a solution.

  ### 20. terrible host

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** peter b. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2018

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

i came to know about name.com from a friend and decided to check it out. registered a few domains with them. when coming to registering domains, they are awesome and does the job perfectly and register the domain instantly. the interface is absolutely beautiful, i find it really easy to move around the options without much trouble. the domain options editing is great like you could edit the nameservers of all your domain at ones which really saves your time. i got free whois privacy for an year with them which is pretty cool and saved me a few bucks. the pricing is really good and there are no fishy schemes which give a first-year discount and very straight forward.

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

hosting is absolutely terrible as well as the support. the hosting is costlier than the other providers in the market still m website went down several times while hosting with them and eventually decided to move on. there is no 24/7 support when coming to name, com and if you have some trouble you have to wait upto 12 hours before you can contact them.

**Recommendations to others considering Name.com:**

this is a great place to register your domains, if youre looking for a place to host them, look elsewhere.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

registering my domains, they do the job greatly.

  ### 21. Poor Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

the speed of the servers are great, i've used their hosting in the past and can say that your website loading speeds increase rapidly since moving to them. the cpanel is great too. for domain registration part they do their job beautifully, i still have a few domains registered in them and got no trouble at all. for domain tool, there are many that could come in handy. as i have many domains registered in them managing them all at once can be a hefty task, so there are many bulk tools available such as bulk nameserver changing which help you change the nameservers of the selected domains with a single click which is really helpful. the dashboard is absolutely gorgeous, its very easy to search for your service as well as finding new domains.

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

the support is terrible as far as a hosting company is concerned. from the first time itself i had troubles with the database and domain ran into errors. i tried to contact them and got no response, later i came to know that they don't have any 24/7 support but a 12-hour support window which is terrible. also it takes a lot of time to get them in line and resolve the issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Name.com:**

for domain registration, i highly recommend you to go with them.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

domain registration and hosting, the registration part is great and the pricing is also really awesome. for hosting i'm not really impressed by them.

  ### 22. Best Registrar

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2018

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

This is one of the best places to Register Your domains, they will do the job smoothly and quickly. I had several domains registered with them with none of them taking more than a few seconds to register. the user interface provided is pretty awesome and easy to navigate. the domain editing tools are really helpful and you could easily edit the domain settings like Nameservers quickly in Bulk. They also provide with Quick Nameserver Changes and took me jucst minutes to update Nameservers to another host. The best thing about Name.com was the free WHOIS privacy provided by them along with domain registration, simply great. I found their Hosting competitively Easy to use due to their clean interface.

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

the support is pathetic, they really don't know what they are talking about. i tried adding SSL to my website and it got messed up, later it took them a whole day to figure out the issue and resolve it. also, they don't provide 24/7 support which can be trouble that you won't get immediate help when you need. Domain transfer is also slow that one of my websites took around 24 hours to migrate. the hosting is really bad, its slow and the servers are really bad.

**Recommendations to others considering Name.com:**

for Registering your Domain, this is an awesome place. as for hosting, maybe you should try elsewhere.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Domain Registration and Web Hosting

  ### 23. The Best Hosting out there

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2018

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

I started Registering Domains for around 4 years now and I found Name.com to be the most reliable one out there. they are fast, it takes literally seconds to register your domain and minutes to update your Nameservers. I got 5 Domains Registered with them so far there ain't many complaints I have about their service so far. They also provided me with Free Whois privacy which is awesome.

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

the additional tools, I had trouble with G suite, I tried to connect my domain email service to g suit and it went terribly bad that my emails never received and i contacted them about this and took them 2 days to fix the issue. also, their 2-factor authorisation is nothing but trouble, I once got locked out of my account due to some error with 2-factor authorisation. also, the support isn't up to the mark, usually it takes them 48 hours to reply to support mails which is frustrating.
Coming to their Hosting, Name.com is a terrible host for you to chose, my website was down for 3-4 days in one moth i;ve been with them also the speed and Control panel isn't upto the match with other services out there.

**Recommendations to others considering Name.com:**

name.com Register Domains and they do it perfectly. as for hosting, there are better ones out there.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Registering My domains. they do the job quick and responsibly.

  ### 24. Easy to use and straight to the point

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James R. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2017

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

I love that Name.com makes it easy to do what I need - buy domains. I've used other companies in the past and they bog down the checkout process with pages of "add-ons", so I like that buying a domain through Name.com is quick and easy. They also make buying SSL certificates super easy, and they are more affordable than a lot of other outlets. I'll use Name.com for all my domain and SSL needs going forward.

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

The only thing I really disliked is their venture into hosting didn't seem to work out that great. I had a horrible time setting up emails and other things that are usually a snap with hosting companies. Not a deal breaker though. It's also a good idea not to put everything under one roof in case something goes wrong.

**Recommendations to others considering Name.com:**

The domain name registration and the SSL Certificates work great. If you're thinking about hosting maybe check out other companies that have been in the game longer.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do a lot of research for clients about domain names that are available, what the costs are, and what types of names work best. Name.com has made the whole process really easy from start to finish. This is a technical thing that not a lot of people really understand, so it makes my job easier.

  ### 26. Incompetent, Unprofessional, Unreliable Company

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

I had a very bad experience with name.com, there is nothing I like about this company

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

They are incompetent, unprofessional, unreliable and have made poor, unethical decisions, which have caused harm to my business.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a 54 y/o man that runs a painting company in NJ. I also do web sites for clients part time. I have been a name.com customer for well over 8 years. I currently have 63 domains with them and had 63 associated web sites hosted on their servers.

On 01-27-2017, I received an email from Name.com which states: “The hosting for yourdomain***.com has been suspended. It was suspended because we received a verifiable spamming complaint. More specifically, info@yourdomain***.com” And this suspension came with no warning. To add, I have no idea what “verifiable spamming complaint” even means, as I am the last person in the world that would send spam.

I immediately called Name.com to find out (what in gods name), was wrong with my account. I spoke on the phone with one of their employees at great length. She stated, “your account has been permanently suspended for spamming”. I explained to her that I was in no way responsible for any form of spamming @mydomainname. I suggested that someone must have hacked into their system and sent email from my account. No one has access to my computer but me as I live alone, so spamming did not happen on my end. She stated, “there is nothing I can do, your hosting account has been permanently suspended”. And she gave me the feeling that she believed I was lying.

he end result - 63 of my web sites went offline, at the flip of Name.com’s incompetent hands, and they offered no solution.

Name.com (on a whim), has forced me to seek web hosting with a different company, and has caused loss of monies, loss of time and has caused much unnessecery stress and inconvenience. I will have to spend an estimate of 7 days, setting up 63 domains on a new server and uploading data for my 63 web sites.

I have found Name.com to be an incompetent, unprofessional, unreliable and unfair service. This company has given me an unnecessary workload and has caused a major inconvenience in my life. I’d also like to add that on September 5, 2016 - I paid in full $203.88 for a (1) year hosting plan with Name.com and was forced to pay for a new hosting plan on January 25, 2017 with a different company. I have been sickened by this unprofessional company.

I have contacted my credit card company to do a chargeback and hopefully get my money refunded. However, the stress and inconvenience this has caused outweighs the expense.

Thoroughly disgusted and in disbelief,
Anthony

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Name.com?**

Two main reasons, sometimes you just think of a great idea and a name that tags along so i quickly fly to the page and register it.

For business we hold events and especially for the larger events we like to have a domain to hold advertising for it so name is great for setting that up.

**What do you dislike about Name.com?**

Can be slow and a bit annoying waiting till you get a confirmation about a domain but for what we use it for there's little to complain about.

**Recommendations to others considering Name.com:**

If you need to quickly check for a domain and then buy a domain, name doesn't do much wrong.

**What problems is Name.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

improving advertising for the events we hold.
