When we wanted to expand N2F to our sister company in Germany by opting to "Advanced" service, there comes the nightmare. We were reaching out by 2 N2F salesmen, one tried to sell (in a compulsory way) us the remote setting/configuration service 700€; while the other told us it's not obligation and completely up to us. As no much progress with the 2nd saleman, we ended up with accepting taking the 700€ remote setting service. One consultant helped remotely the very sophisticated setting in a half-way, then N2F suddenly announced that we should pay 400€ more (700+400 = 1 100€). We refused this extra fee and insist the contractual price 700€. N2F stops all communication and leave our setting uncomplete since August 2022. We tried to reach them by email, and by registered letter.
