The dashboard of the software is totally user-friendly and very easy to upload and approve the expense. The best part I like to most is the mobile app of N2F, which is most easy to use by our team on uploading the bills etc. N2F can be integrated with the accounting software which help to import the entries automatically instead of inputting manually and also the software help in getting the report in all the format and anaylsis the expense in ease. Lastly I would like to thanks the customer support of N2F for providing support, they are very responsive. We can apply segmentation and have a very flexible tool. We use the option of legal storage and are very happy to be free 100,% from paper. Very useful control process and alerts. The mobile app is friendly and efficient. We had very good and efficient answer from customer support, but needed it very rarely since even the implementation was very easy to do. Finally we use it on a weekly basis and never had any problems such as delays etc . The tool saves time for our employee to manage the paper receipts. **What do you dislike about N2F?** We are happy users of Entreprise service since Jan 2021. When we wanted to expand N2F to our sister company in Germany by opting to "Advanced" service, there comes the nightmare. We were reaching out by 2 N2F salesmen, one tried to sell (in a compulsory way) us the remote setting/configuration service 700€; while the other told us it's not obligation and completely up to us. As no much progress with the 2nd saleman, we ended up with accepting taking the 700€ remote setting service. One consultant helped remotely the very sophisticated setting in a half-way, then N2F suddenly announced that we should pay 400€ more (700+400 = 1 100€). We refused this extra fee and insist the contractual price 700€. N2F stops all communication and leave our setting uncomplete since August 2022. We tried to reach them by email, and by registered letter. Except for the invoice of extra cost 400€, N2F didn't reply anything. **What problems is N2F solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we have technic problem, N2F replied rapidly by email or giving us the reference on their Q&A forum. ### 24.
