Their support is fast and reliable, and it’s clear they listen to and genuinely care about customer feedback. **What do you dislike about MyReportPortal?** I don’t currently have any dislikes about using MyReportPortal. Whenever we’ve thought of something that could improve our experience, the team at MyReportPortal has jumped in and helped us achieve what we requested. **What problems is MyReportPortal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our main objective was to find a way to simplify the Sigma embedding process. We’re constantly adding new client-facing portals, and building the embeds in-house can be very tedious. MRP takes this on for us and lets us deploy new embeds in a matter of minutes, without having to rely on internal engineering teams.
