**What do you like best about MyMarketPlaceBuilder?**

I liked that it is an affordable way to create a highly customized site. Many features can be added, which enhances the user experience. You can modify every part of the site to suit your business needs.

**What do you dislike about MyMarketPlaceBuilder?**

The user interface was not the most intuitive when it started, but it has made significant improvements: many of the inline editable features cannot be easily formatted (for example, they are difficult to select). Format large blocks of text and wish to limit all words to fit in a specific space, instead of writing in a dynamic text box that would adjust the webpage to contain text.

**What problems is MyMarketPlaceBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I didn't have much idea of how to set up my entire business and I was recommended MyMarketPLace, and it helped me set up my marketplace in a dynamic way. At first, it was a bit chaotic, but the technical team helped and guided me at all times.

error pages, outdated and confusing functionality

Helped me find customized templates, able to send tickets to the support staff for timely resolution, provide step by step instructions when I am stuck on something.
