What I like most is how everything just works together in one place, so we're not jumping between tools anymore. The integration of AI-powered tasks like subtitles, clips, and metadata makes our workflow faster, simpler, and much easier to scale without adding more effort. This automation removes a lot of manual work, allowing us to go from upload to publish much faster and enabling easy scaling of output without adding complexity. This is not an exaggeration. **What do you dislike about Muvi One?** I honestly don't know where to start. We have had so many issues using MUVI OTT service trying to implement this for a client of ours. At every turn there has been an issue which our team has to literally hold the dev team at MUVIs hand to fix, if they even can. From uploading our files, to user interface and just a million different issues. I wish I had listened to our dev team to build a custom solution for our client. Has been a year to get the site where it needs to be and it is still terrible. The site is so slow it is painful, we also have an issue when you try to switch pages you get a chrome pop up asking if your sure you want to leave the page, which MUVI is claiming is the default functionality, which is absolutely not the case. our team has even found the line in the code that is causing this and highlighted it to MUVI. Lets see what they do. Further we have been paying for over a year for a site we have been unable to use, and when asked for some sort of compensation they wouldn't budge or compensate. **What problems is Muvi One solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is not solving any, we should have built a custom site, it would have been comparable in cost for us to do that and been done in a fraction of the time. **Official Response from Roshan Dwivedi:** > We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The product's functionalities are built according to industry best practices. Expecting them to operate differently based on individual preferences is not a product issue. Additionally, you have requested features and customizations available only in higher-tier plans without subscribing to them. It appears you have also used multiple G2 accounts to leave negative feedback for Muvi. We kindly request that you reconsider your ratings and use our ticketing system to raise any concerns. ### 8.
