I also like that Muraena team is fast to respond and facilitiate issues (i.e. credits, connectivity, etc.) **What do you dislike about Muraena?** They don't have chrome extension to find contacts directly on LinkedIn, don't have CRM/file enrichment feature. The other thing we use a lot is their API, which is a critical feature we've been using to integrate AI into our GTM processes and deliverables. Their API is intuitive and easy to use for the core use cases. We found that competitors tended to have either no API access, or it was complex and the subscription was expensive. They also have an online app that our sales team uses. UI is intuitive to use (IMO - better than ZI, Apollo and D&B). One feature we love is that Sales people can easily build mailing lists which can easily be exported to campaigns / sequences our marketing team has set up in Pipedrive. **What do you dislike about Muraena?** We are currently on their Business plan as we require API access for our primary use case, which is a bit more expensive per user per month and we don't use all the credits. Simple and easy onboarding: I loved the fact that it doesn't require much time and effort to start with Muraena, everything is intuitive and simple. And the AI search gives you relevant results right away, without a need to dive into complex filters. 2. Data precision: Muraena's database showed a perfect level of data accuracy, which resulted in spikes in open rates and conversions to calls for our outreach campaigns. 3. Unique features: I found that Muraena has some features that are unique compared to other platforms (whether they don't exist, or are too pricey) - Buyer Intent signals and searching by keywords. 4. Integrations: It's possible to export the leads directly to Pipedrive and LemList. I didn't expect they would have it considering their price, but it was a nice bonus for me. **What do you dislike about Muraena?** I've encountered that the sign-up options are limited - right now it's only possible to use the service by logging in with your Google account, which might be inconvenient for some people. The team replied that they're considering adding other options as well. **What problems is Muraena solving and how is that benefiting you?** Together with the team, we wanted to profile the new market and needed a quick and cost-effective tool to do that. After preliminary research, I found that Muraena could satisfy our needs. The only consideration was in the possibility of finding leads from narrow niches (f.e. specific blockchain and crypto areas), but they overcame our expectations in this regard. The AI search comes really handy when you just have the idea for your next outreach, but don't have enough data to set up the filters. As a final statement, I'd say that Muraena is the go-to tool for validating your sales hypotheses and profiling the market.
