The update does a great job of improving efficiency and saving time during daily tasks. I appreciate how the new feature provides clearer visibility and better organization of information. One thing I enjoy most is how seamlessly the feature integrates with the existing workflow without adding complexity. Overall, the new Motus feature feels modern, user-friendly, and genuinely helpful for improving productivity. **What do you dislike about Motus Vehicle?** There is nothing I do not like about Motus. It is a very simple ap / website to use and I would recommend to any organization that does not use Motus. Very good ap. **What problems is Motus Vehicle solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to track my mileage simple and makes creating an expense report very easy. I would recommend Motus to any company that needs help tracking and making expenses easy. ### 2. Creating a new driver profile takes extra time because the insurance section isn’t automatically populated the way it is for U.S. drivers. There’s also no way to confirm whether a driver’s insurance is valid. When I log a ticket, it often takes days or even weeks to get a response or reach a resolution. On top of that, the resolution sometimes conflicts with what’s published in the Help Centre, for example, how fuel prices are calculated in Canada. **What problems is Motus Vehicle solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Commute Deduction Cap ability has been a helpful tool to assist drivers compliance with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines when claiming the first and last call of the day from and to home ### 3. I use their business vehicle reimbursement program and all of the elements of the program function as intended. Reimbursement is timely and I'm given maximum flexibility on choosing my business vehicle. Although new features have been mentioned, I am so used to the existing platform it requires minimal work to continue using as-is. **What do you dislike about Motus Vehicle?** I don't see any need for improvements at this time. **What problems is Motus Vehicle solving and how is that benefiting you?** The primary advantage to Motus is not having to manage the paper & details for tax purposes; I have more time to focus on my work. ### 4. I like the ease of the app and the auto-tracking feature. It makes it easy to track day-to-day activities, and the end-of-month report simplifies submission. The initial setup was very simple. **What do you dislike about Motus Vehicle?** I think it would be very helpful to have frequently visited stops listed like check boxes so you didn't have to type the address every time. I have about 3 stops I visit daily, so this would really expedite things. **What problems is Motus Vehicle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Motus Vehicle simplifies mileage reimbursement with easy submission and auto-tracking, making daily and monthly reporting effortless. ### 6.
