We are able to translate documents to provide to patients for safety and to make sure they are inclusive and not left out. The portal is easy to use to upload documents to translate. Like the feature that we can track the translation and see the progress for larger documents. Like how responsive Motaword is if there are questions or special requests needing to be done for translations. A++ service **What problems is Motaword solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting documents translated for patients as soon as possible. We are able to provide documents in pateints' preferred langauge, which allows us to be inclusive and also maintain patient safety. ### 2. What I might suggest is live text/audio translation accessibility. IOW, the ability to input text in my language and have the output text arrive at the end-user in their home language. Everytime I need urgent translations, they delivered within the hours. Of course, the delivery time depends on the volume of the project.
