Unlike all other similar services , seller cannot set different pricing structures which is very limiting. Have contacted Moonclerk about this many MANY times but they aren't doing anything. I like the simplicity of the entire system. Rather than navigating through a website, I can send clients a link to a very simple payment form that I customized. I can also embed a form on my business website. Just enough features, but nothing I don’t need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There’s really nothing I dislike about MoonClerk. I would, however, eventually like to have more features that work in conjunction with payment plans, such as scheduling and customer check-in to our facility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simplicity & ease of use is why I've been a customer for over 4 years. It's integration with Stripe is effortless, and the ability to create new payment forms or plans is as easy as drag & drop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I utilize a form through MoonClerk to collect info from my customers, and then charge them at the final step. They don't provide an upload function, though, so if my customers need to submit an image to me, then have to email it. I wish an upload feature was provided through MC. The ease of set up was ideal

Price, because I was not only paying fee for moonclerk but as well as other platforms I was intergrating it with. With one sale of my product I was gettin hit hard with fees. That’s why I had to stop using it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
