It would be nice if MoonClerk integrated with Facebook to help manage approving requests to join the group and also removing members who cancel or go past due. **What problems is MoonClerk solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use MoonClerk to manage a paid facebook group subscription model. Have contacted Moonclerk about this many MANY times but they aren't doing anything. Rather than navigating through a website, I can send clients a link to a very simple payment form that I customized. I can also embed a form on my business website. Just enough features, but nothing I don’t need. **What do you dislike about MoonClerk?** There’s really nothing I dislike about MoonClerk. I would, however, eventually like to have more features that work in conjunction with payment plans, such as scheduling and customer check-in to our facility. **What problems is MoonClerk solving and how is that benefiting you?** With MoonClerk, I no longer have to be a “check-chaser” or debt collector. One simple up-front setup and my client payments are fully automated and I never have to ask for payment. This has already led to better client retention, more frequent payments, and thus more revenue. ### 8. It's integration with Stripe is effortless, and the ability to create new payment forms or plans is as easy as drag & drop. **What do you dislike about MoonClerk?** I utilize a form through MoonClerk to collect info from my customers, and then charge them at the final step. They don't provide an upload function, though, so if my customers need to submit an image to me, then have to email it. I wish an upload feature was provided through MC. **What problems is MoonClerk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simplifying the payment process through Stripe. I don't have learn any additional code or fancy markup. It's as easy as click and save. ### 9. With one sale of my product I was gettin hit hard with fees.
