MonsterOps gives me a clean system for bookkeeping work that normally gets scattered across spreadsheets, inbox threads, and meeting notes. I can set bookkeeping priorities as Rocks, then turn our finance check ins into actual action using Meetings and To Do items. Nothing gets lost after a call because every follow up has an owner and due date.
Scorecards are a big win for me as an EA. I can track key finance health metrics like invoicing status, cash collected, overdue items, refunds, and reconciliation progress in one place. It makes it easier to update the founder quickly and keeps our weekly finance review grounded in numbers, not guesses.
I also genuinely like how fast the tool is improving. You can feel the speed of product progression, and the founder is responsive when we ask questions or share feedback. That level of support matters a lot when you are running important ops like bookkeeping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very minimal so far. We are still relatively new to the tool, and I have not run into anything major. When I do have a question, the support chat is quick to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
