What do you like best about Monk Commerce?

Monk Commerce makes it easy to recommend and suggest high-profit items for customers before they check out. This adds a boost to our AOV (average order value). What do you dislike about Monk Commerce?

What do you like best about Monk Commerce?

We've started to see immediate success with the Monk Commerce app since installing it on our BigCommerce store. The app allows us to add related products to a pop-up after specific products are added to the user's cart. Since installing, our AOV (average order value) has grown by 15%. What do you dislike about Monk Commerce?

The app is new to BigCommerce so I think some of the capabilities have yet to be reached by the developers. For instance, BigCommerce has native recommended products which could be applied to this app to reduce setup time. The statistics are also not as in-depth as we would expect. What do you like best about Monk Commerce?

This app gives us the opportunity to show accessories and upgraded products to customers when they add specific products to their cart or when they begin the checkout process. This has helped increase the average order value. The best part is that we didn't need to make any adjustments to our existing theme/template. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Monk Commerce?

I think there is a lot of room for improvement with analytics. For instance, which recommended products are selling, the percentage of time they're ordered together, and so on. "Upsell Add-On for BigCommerce"

What do you like best about Monk Commerce?

I've talked with the developers a few times prior to installing this add-on and after. They are very interested in continuing to improve this to offer a product that will continue drive results. The app itself is very easy to install. Setting up the product funnels is very easy. There are options for product page or cart, and you can select all products, specific products, or products in certain categories (they call them collections). We have had a very promising start and is helping to increase our AOV. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Monk Commerce?

The app was developed for Shopify first so that version is a little more developed. The BigCommerce one is still fairly new, although, we did not have any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
