This adds a boost to our AOV (average order value). Since installing the app, we have seen an additional $16,000 in revenue from the funnels we created. **What do you dislike about Monk Commerce?** When we first deployed the app, there was a bit of an issue with code appearing at the bottom of the website, however, the developers responded right away and were able to help us fix the issue. The developers have been great to deal with. **What problems is Monk Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Monk Commerce helped solve the need to add an effective way of upselling and driving up AOV and website revenue. This app has had a very positive impact since installation and we're very glad we installed it. ### 2. The app allows us to add related products to a pop-up after specific products are added to the user's cart. Since installing, our AOV (average order value) has grown by 15%. **What do you dislike about Monk Commerce?** The app is new to BigCommerce so I think some of the capabilities have yet to be reached by the developers. For instance, BigCommerce has native recommended products which could be applied to this app to reduce setup time. The statistics are also not as in-depth as we would expect. **What problems is Monk Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** We saw a need for improved AOV and the app simply makes sense. Grocery stores and department stores put high-profit items and products people want/need right in the checkout line to help bring in last-minute sales. This is the same concept. ### 3. This has helped increase the average order value. The best part is that we didn't need to make any adjustments to our existing theme/template. **What do you dislike about Monk Commerce?** I think there is a lot of room for improvement with analytics. For instance, which recommended products are selling, the percentage of time they're ordered together, and so on. There could also be an integration that recommends products to add based on customer purchase history and already selected related products. **What problems is Monk Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** The related products and recommended products were buried at the bottom of our product page template so we were looking for an app that could draw attention to the recommended products. So far, this has been a very successful app in getting those extra products! ### 4. They are very interested in continuing to improve this to offer a product that will continue drive results. The app itself is very easy to install. Setting up the product funnels is very easy. There are options for product page or cart, and you can select all products, specific products, or products in certain categories (they call them collections). We have had a very promising start and is helping to increase our AOV. **What do you dislike about Monk Commerce?** The app was developed for Shopify first so that version is a little more developed.
