But this is not a lack of Monjin; they take time but provide genuine feedback of candidates to the company hiring manager. **What problems is Monjin solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am working as a recruiter in a USA-based recruiting and staffing company in the IT and non-IT sector. Candidates can be evaluated fairly well on this platform as the features are amazing. The setup is simple and just requires an internet connection. **What do you dislike about Monjin?** The calendar feature or slot booking feature can be created more robustly and some minor glitches at the time of report filling in real time can get stuck, I feel just a minor glitch with upgrade will be sorted. **What problems is Monjin solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem where candidates have to travel to different cities to get into an interview for a job is being solved easily with Monjin.
