Mola Reviews & Product Details

Business intelligence for dental practice owners who run a clinic without a finance team. The platform connects to the practice management system (such as Gesden) for activity data and reads bank statements and payroll for costs, so figures stay up to date without manual data entry. Owners see production, collections, chair occupancy, patient numbers and cost structure in one dashboard, per location or for the whole group, with a healthy range shown next to each figure. Instead of raw numbers, a monthly report in plain words explains what went well, what got worse and what to look at. Modules cover revenue and patients, clinical productivity and financial health. Designed together with a practising dentist who runs his own clinics and uses it every week. Data is hosted in Switzerland under GDPR, with a data processing agreement included. Suited to solo practitioners, single clinics and groups of two to five locations.
