Modulate stands out for its accuracy, speed, and price from all the providers I've tested. It's the clear winner without comparison. The API is simple and the documentation is clear, making integration smooth. Setting up was very easy, with plenty of credits provided at the start for testing. I was able to integrate it into my tool quickly, and it works pretty well for me. It helps me interact with AI agents more efficiently, fast, and accurately while I'm programming. I find that the diarization model sometimes gets confused when multiple speakers overlap, which can be pretty common in voice or video calls. This can lead to mislabeled speakers. But I've talked to the team, and they mentioned a fix is in the works, so I'm expecting an improvement soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
