What do you like best about Modular DS?

I love the interface of Modular DS and how it works overall. I find the ability to work with all web pages from one place very valuable, which saves a lot of time and effort. Above all, I value the support it offers, as it is great; talking to Héctor, one of the founders, has been wonderful, and the support he provides is excellent. The number of tools it offers is impressive, such as the ability to update plugins and templates safely and make backups at daily or weekly intervals. Additionally, its ability to detect problems with plugins is a tool hard to find in other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Modular DS?

I think some improvements could be made to the backup options, such as allowing backups every hour or every 2 hours. And perhaps improve the installation process and onboarding a bit, as sometimes it doesn't work well and I have to do it manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Modular DS?

Nothing sings sweeter than a software deal that combines most of the benefits from other providers for a similar service. I have used another service since 2019 and the annual fee is steep for a small business. I hope the team at Modular increase their exposure, branding and future customer base. The road map and progress for their development is credible (based on achieved mile stones) and shows a commitment for the longevity of the product. Keep the great work and support going!! What do you like best about Modular DS?

I really like how Modular DS reduces the time we spend updating plugins and themes, in addition to providing us with greater control over the maintenance and security of the websites. The peace of mind offered by having everything in a single panel is something I value, as I can check if any website is having issues and where the problem is. The monthly reports are also a great added value, as they allow our clients to see the most valuable metrics of their website, which better justifies the cost of the service and generates loyalty by showing that we care about them. The Safe Update gives me incredible peace of mind: I can update safely, optimize time, and have everything under control without fear of breaking anything.

The tool is stable, intuitive, and constantly improving. Just when you think they can't surprise you anymore... they do. And the team behind it is simply the best service I've ever received: approachable, quick, and always listening to the users.
