The seamless integration is the biggest win here. Everything stays in Azure DevOps as work items - no juggling between platforms or dealing with disconnected documents. Smart Docs lets me create Word-like documentation right where my team already works, and the traceability matrices actually help me see gaps in coverage before they become problems. The baseline feature has saved us during audits more than once Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's a learning curve, especially for team members who aren't familiar with structured requirements management. Some features feel like overkill for smaller projects.
