Nothing. I find the program to work free of issues.

Marketing to a captive audience. Generating sales during slow times.

The ability to schedule future text along with current same day text offers. Additionally the "refer a friend" feature.

We have realized a great benefit from the Re-currency reporting portal

**What do you like best about Mobivity?**

Account service. In the 5 years we have been working together, everyone at Mobivity has been on top of it when it comes to support. Mobivity has great account service. Everyone worked with a sense of urgency. Very attentive. I just wish the product had provided a much better ROI.

**What do you dislike about Mobivity?**

I just wish the product had provided a much better ROI.

Retargeting the guest. 

Benefits - an idea of how many guests do actually subscribe (Avg sub. per shop) and return on each offer.

**What do you like best about Mobivity?**

The new user interface is clean and easy to navigate. The scheduling of a text process is thorough and simple.

**What do you dislike about Mobivity?**

When I send myself a test text message, I don't get the text blast so I've thought the blast didn't go out in the past. A test text should be considered something different.

**What problems is Mobivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for sending coupons to a restaurant's customers. The redemption rates on the coupons are significant revenue drivers.

Mobivity is an easy to use tool for SMS marketing, yet has certain limitations when it comes to data and segmentation.

We are able to communicate directly with our most engaged fans and deliver great benefits to them. It's a huge resource to quickly communicate with your VIP customers.

**What do you like best about Mobivity?**

Great customer service, and representatives know what they are talking about. No middle-men or third parties necessary so when there is an issue (not frequent), they get to the bottom of it quickly. Interface is pretty easy to use and is flexible to your model.

**What do you dislike about Mobivity?**

Some inconsistencies in the more advanced data fields (such as POS data) occasionally.

SMS marketing.

The Mobivity platform quickly allows us to pivot and test different marketing strategies to a group of consumers that love the brand.

Privacy is most likely the only concern that companies might have.  But Mobivity does a great job to overcome those.

**What problems is Mobivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We saw a higher engagement with our consumers and a higher ROI on our marketing spend.

some sections of the dashboard is confusing, there should be descriptions under each field box

It can be layered into our CRM program.  Drives store visits and incrementality. Reaching additional customer base and driving trips.  Incrementality increasing average tickets with our text club customers.

Still working through our  POS integration to ensure reporting accuracies. Overall very pleased.

easy to use , 
customization is easy 
easy navigation

when calculating some user fields, the performance is little slow.  especially when using user defined functions it takes some time to process.

lot of manual work has been replaced
