**What do you like best about Mitchell RepairCenter?**

How it prompts you of R&I’s that are often overseen in the industry. How you can order parts directly through collisionlink 

**What do you dislike about Mitchell RepairCenter?**

How slow it can be when navigsting from tabs. 

**What problems is Mitchell RepairCenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to do many things with the use of just one program. Cuts time spent on things down leaving more time to get the real work done. Multiple insurance providers use and accept. Easy to get approval from insurance companies.

**What do you like best about Mitchell RepairCenter?**

Everything you need for a repair shop is incorporated.  It’s simple and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Mitchell RepairCenter?**

Needs updating, the user interface is very old.  The software could use a makeover and bring more functions into one area.

**Recommendations to others considering Mitchell RepairCenter:**

It’s reliable and well known.  They aren’t going away anytime soon either.  Great for independent repair shops.

**What problems is Mitchell RepairCenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s cradle to grave for any auto repair facility.  The only draw back is the software is older and could use an upgrade to the user interface.  It reminds me of the google converter.
