What do you like best about Miracle?

Miracle Service is helpful with fleet management. I am part of the technical team and we have been using miracle service for over a decade. While the version we have is not supported anymore it works just the same with a few hiccups here and there. This is the reason why we are now looking into alternative solutions. What do you dislike about Miracle?

What I dislike about the version that we utilize is the fact that it doesn't offer updates. The information we have in the legacy version doesn't seem to be transferable even if we decide to use the newest version of miracle service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
