Initially, we had a meeting with Saigon Technology to go over the specifics of the project and create a schedule. Everything, including development, design, and discovery, fell within their purview. We discussed our ideas with Saigon Technology during the design process, and they used our ideas to produce mock-ups, color schemes, and layouts. The final UI design for the app was created using the mock-ups. Then, they built an MVP of the application. After reviewing the MV, They assisted us with the release and created the software from the ground up for iOS and Android. We've partnered with other companies that have distributed our app to their customers, and the feedback we've received has been extremely good. One key point I did take note of when looking at app development companies was reliability, We haven't had that problem at all. If anything, whenever we spoke on the phone, Saigon Technology suggested new things which we hadn't thought about. This was tremendously helpful. I appreciated the ownership shown by Saigon Technology, in terms of completely understanding what we were trying to do and coming up with creative solutions. When we were not able to chat about an issue, Saigon Technology team went ahead and tried a few options by themselves, which saved us time. What problems is Saigon Technology solving and how is that benefiting you? We had an idea which we determined was feasible based on market information. We wanted to link with an app development company that would execute on our vision, getting us to where we felt we needed to go. The developer needed to understand what we were looking to do well enough to suggest their own creative solutions to any possible problems. We initially engaged Saigon Technology for the iOS version of our app. They were in charge of both design and development, including the backend work. Saigon Technology has also handled the user interface/user experience side of the work. We have made different changes in terms of graphics. Saigon Technology has been able to handle this in short order, which meant that we haven't had to go outside of their company for smaller work. In each instance, Saigon Technology under-promised and over delivered. They've blown past deadlines, and never missed one. We had an abbreviated timeline from the beginning, because of a conference which we wanted to attend. We wanted to get to a minimum viable product which we could present, and Saigon Technology knocked everything out of the park, delivering exactly what we needed. Saigon Technology was tasked with developing a new WordPress website for our company. This site will be used to provide information on our services, gather leads, and capture the contact information of potential customers. We decided not to use a theme, so Saigon Technology actually coded the WordPress theme from scratch. I provided some of the design work myself since I had very clear ideas about what I wanted. Their team designed landing pages and homepage and copied the existing blog section and contact section from our old site. One of our main objectives was to have a fast website, and we’ve had excellent results with the mobile and desktop landing page speed tests. When it comes to the Lighthouse tests for the mobile version’s speed, most of the pages also end up in the 90% range. I think having such a fast website is quite uncommon, and in that regard, Saigon Technology has done a great job. I’m very happy with how the development turned out. One of our larger clients need expert assistance for several of our current products. The prior developers abruptly stopped working on the projects, thus we had to take over with very little documentation or explanation and very damaged legacy code. However, the team was able to investigate every project assigned based only on their own knowledge and comprehension of how things ought to operate; they also produced appropriate documentation, significantly refactored and enhanced the project's codebase, and made the projects simple to transfer when necessary. Wordpress, JS (Vue.js), and PHP (Laravel). The projects have been under maintenance since December 2023 and are still being done now. Saigon Technology provides us with staff augmentation services. They provide developers, React frontend developers, and QA engineers. The team receives training from Saigon Technology. In some instances, Saigon Technology brings in junior developers that they train for 3–6 months before they present them to us. Once we bring in developers, it takes around three months to onboard them into our internal team. We provide them with requirements for them to implement. Saigon Technology attracts excellent resources — that’s the biggest advantage of working with them. We really like the team we work with, and they’ve delivered huge amounts of work for us. The initial developers were subpar and didn’t have very good coding skills but the platform was put together nonetheless. Saigon Technology came in and completely redid the way the code functions within the existing site. After that, they helped me put together the entirely new feature site and created a brand-new website that’s now our leading website. They primarily used Node.js, React.js, and AWS. Their team integrated Stripe for payment API and SendGrid for email API. We also built in some automation features. It wasn't super fancy but was process automation dealing with user accounts, segmenting responsibilities between users, accounts, route accounts, administrator accounts, and recorded accounts. So far, there’s been a lot of interest from the industry on what we’ve built. What’s more, there’s also been a positive response from potential clients and a decent amount of consideration for their feeds and products. The core of the project involved machine learning and artificial intelligence features. The platform is easily scaled to a phone, tablet, or desktop interface, and works responsively on each.
