We have a large number of legacy, custom and in-house apps that do not support native authentication via our SAML/OAuth IDP. It is actually quite cumbersome to implement SSO or MFA for such apps due to lack of support and standard documentation. miniOrange has been very useful for our environment by bringing together many such non-standard apps in our current authentication scope by implementing their IAM piece that acts as an Identity Federation provider. It's all-in-one SSO and MFA solution that works smoothly across all our apps and systems. The setup was quick, and their support team was always available when we needed help. I love the product and the support engineers are amazing, highly skilled and talented (Ayushi, Chinmay), All the critical activities performed were through Ayushi and she never let us down. Communication was key for me. I had many questions about the product and how it worked. We had to make sure this covered our insurance requirements for cyber security.
