**What do you like best about Mingle ATS?**

What I like best about Mingle ATS is its simplicity and ease of use. The platform is intuitive, making it easy for recruiters and hiring managers to collaborate, track candidates, and manage the entire recruitment process efficiently. It helps save time, keeps everything organized, and provides a smooth experience for both recruiters and candidates.

**What do you dislike about Mingle ATS?**

There is not much to dislike about the platform. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the addition of more advanced reporting and analytics features. However, the current functionality covers our day-to-day recruitment needs very well, and the team seems committed to continuously improving the product.

Mingle ATS helps us centralize and organize our recruitment process in one place. **What do you like best about Mingle ATS?**

Our collaboration with Mingle began nearly four years ago when we were looking for a modern, user-friendly software to centralize our database and standardize our recruitment processes. Over the years, the Mingle team has consistently adapted the platform to fit our evolving needs. They are incredibly responsive, fast, and supportive. The interface is highly intuitive and customizable, aggregating resumes from various job platforms to give us a complete overview of all applicants. Recruiters can easily update statuses, creating a long-term history for every candidate.

**What do you dislike about Mingle ATS?**

Since this collaboration began with the debut of Mingle, we spent a few months adjusting the platform.

**What do you like best about Mingle ATS?**

We’ve been using Mingle ATS every day, and overall it’s been a very positive experience. The platform is easy and intuitive to navigate, which helps keep our recruitment process smooth and efficient.

One of the biggest advantages for us is the strong connection between the ATS and LinkedIn. This integration makes it simple to source candidates and manage applications in one place, without constantly switching between different tools, which saves us a lot of time.

Performance is another standout. The system runs quickly, and we rarely run into delays or technical issues. Speed matters in recruitment, and this ATS consistently delivers on that.

The support team also deserves special mention. Whenever we have a question or run into a problem, we get prompt, helpful assistance. It’s reassuring to know reliable support is available when we need it.

Overall, Mingle ATS has become an essential part of our daily workflow, and we would highly recommend it.

With Mingle ATS, everything is centralized in one place. That improved visibility makes it much easier to manage candidates consistently throughout the hiring pipeline. The integration with LinkedIn is a major advantage as well, since it lets us source and import candidates quickly, which reduces manual work and saves time.

The platform’s speed and ease of use also help us move faster through the hiring process, which is essential in a competitive market. On top of that, having reliable customer support means any issues get resolved quickly, minimizing disruptions.

It is very intuitive and easy to use. It helps me stay organized throughout the recruitment process, easily track candidates, and maintain clear communication with both candidates and hiring managers. It simplifies daily recruiting tasks and allows me to focus more on finding the right talent.

So far, I haven't come across anything I dislike about Mingle ATS.

Mingle solves one of the biggest challenges in recruitment: keeping the hiring process organized, transparent, and efficient. By centralizing candidate information, communication, and recruitment workflows in one place, it reduces administrative work and minimizes the risk of missing important details or delays in the process.
For me as a recruiter, this means I can spend less time on manual tracking and more time building relationships with candidates and partnering with hiring managers.
 Personally, I appreciate how intuitive the platform is.

I have not identified any drawbacks in the application.

We started using this application four years ago for the recruitment process, which was complex, nationwide, and involved a large number of open positions.We had all the applications in a single space, with the ability to evaluate them using customized fields defined by us. The reports are the greatest benefit we have.

Mingle is fast and easy to use. I can customize my statuses, pull the reports I need, and keep my pipelines organized without any hassle. It covers everything I expect a solid ATS to do. When I’m juggling multiple roles at the same time, having a tool I can count on really makes all the difference.

**What do you dislike about Mingle ATS?**

The only thing I’d improve is having the contact date update automatically when I add candidates through the extension. It’s a small extra step to update it manually, but automating it would save a bit of time. Other than that, I don’t really have any complaints.

It keeps everything organized in one place, so I’m no longer losing track of candidates or status updates when I’m juggling multiple roles. Overall, it’s a real time-saver.

The main benefits for me are the integrations with job platforms and LinkedIn, the easy-to-use interface, strong performance for a decent price, and traceable KPIs.

Maybe it would make sense for employees who recommend someone to receive a status update on their referrals.

It helps us save time by publishing job openings on job platforms and on our internal career page. Having all applicants in one tool is also great. The option to involve managers in the recruiting process is a big improvement, especially because it gives us real-time updates on the status of the process.

You can easily leave notes, upload additional documents, and keep track of individual candidates, which helps a lot in organizing the recruitment process. Overall, it saves time and supports better collaboration within the hiring team.

As an area for future improvement, it would be helpful to have a more advanced CV search functionality, including keyword-based search across uploaded CVs as well as CVs from LinkedIn applicants. This would make it easier to quickly identify relevant profiles and further streamline the screening process.

What I like most is that it brings all recruitment activities together in one place,from job postings to candidate communication,which saves a lot of time and cuts down on manual work.

Occasionally, the navigation can feel a bit unintuitive, especially when switching between different stages of the pipeline. A more streamlined experience in those areas would be a welcome improvement.

**What do you like best about Mingle ATS?**

I like Mingle ATS because it's a user-friendly app that keeps all CVs from various sources, including intern recommendations, in one place. I appreciate how it automates every step of the recruiting process, from screening CVs to setting up interviews and sending offers, which saves us a lot of time. The ease of importing old CV data from other platforms during the initial setup was also a big help in maintaining our database.

**What do you dislike about Mingle ATS?**

I dislike that for a single role, I can't share all the CVs and data with the hiring managers. Currently, I can share only a specific candidate or some of the candidates. Some colleagues want to see how many CVs we had for a specific role and maybe be able to filter them in the app.

Mingle ATS helps me keep the candidate database up to date and saves time by automating processes from screening to offers. I like that it's user-friendly and integrates CVs from various sources in one place.

Very intuitive and simple to use, it covers most of our needs as a recruitment agency. The ATS is fully integrated with most of our local job sites and also with Linkedin.

**What do you dislike about Mingle ATS?**

Needs improvements in CV content search. It will be useful to integrate an AI tool to assist the user in CV screenings.

**What problems is Mingle ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an applicant tracking system, it helps our consultant to create jobs, promote jobs to different job platforms, automaticly collect applicants and direct searched candidates. It allows us to mark the candidates throughout each recruitment step, writing notes, adding files, keeping full history, duplicate and allocate the candidates to a certain project or client, book interviews, send email templates, etc.

Screening candidates, keeping a database for the candidates that we have in process.

It doesn’t eliminate duplicates. If a candidate applies for more than one job, we have to look them up in each job separately to see whether we have any comments.

- Integrating the initiation of the recruitment process into Mingle has significantly improved the efficiency and overall management of the recruitment processes.

the lack of notifications when recruitment requests are created by managers

Before the implementation of Mingle, it was very difficult to maintain a clear record and history of candidates. Reports were prepared manually, and some applications were duplicated, as candidates applied both via recruitment platforms and through the Careers Page.
