They are always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help, whether it’s answering questions, assisting with setup, or providing ongoing support. Their customer service is outstanding. The platform itself has been a game changer for our school. Minga provides the structure we need by streamlining everything from digital hall passes to discipline tracking, while also making it easy to recognize positive student behavior through rewards and address areas for improvement with appropriate consequences. One of my favorite features is the ability to communicate with families about both the great things their children are doing and any behaviors that need to be addressed. It keeps everyone informed and strengthens the home-school partnership. Overall, Minga is an all-in-one solution that has transformed the way we manage our school. In my opinion, it is the best school management system available today. **What do you dislike about Minga?** There is nothing that I dislike about Minga. It could be improved my creating a system for schools to structure substitutes that come into the building. The substitutes need to be able to use the hall pass system as well. **What problems is Minga solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Minga system is helping our school’s climate and culture. We are improving attendance and behaviors, which are critical areas of need for a high school. ### 2. The student service department and my school site and I love how it tracks live data of active hall passes where students are. It gives more data and can keep staff and students accountable while reinforcing student engagement in a positive way. **What do you dislike about Minga?** One thing Minga could improve is its sync with Aeries. For the past two years, there has been a delay of two to three weeks before my students show up in my Classes tab in Minga. **What problems is Minga solving and how is that benefiting you?** Minga is helping us solve issues in real time, whether it’s hall pass problems, looking up data, or needing to add students and staff to the system. ### 3. Minga Makes Detentions and Behavior Tracking Simple and Organized **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026 **What do you like best about Minga?** It makes assigning detentions much simpler and helps us track behavior in an easy, organized way, while also giving us a way to celebrate student successes. **What do you dislike about Minga?** I wish it were easier to pull specific data from Minga. Sometimes the data is really hard to find or track down. I’ve spoken to Minga about this, but they haven’t been able to adjust the system to make it possible. Specifically, Minga mentioned using guidance to assign behaviors and consequences. However, when we do this, it becomes difficult to track who assigned the behavior. Then you can end up with multiple escalations and not be able to find where it originated, or you have to go through numerous reports just to locate the information. **What problems is Minga solving and how is that benefiting you?** We struggled with tracking paper passes and paper detentions, and Minga has solved that issue by moving us into a new age of technology. It’s a system that students like and find easy to use. ### 4.
