Mineral Tree has taken us from a business that manually entered all invoice to a business that is more automated. We spend less time entering and correcting mistakes and more time reviewing our accounts and focusing on our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would say the online approval of invoices (so easy for everyone) and skipping the data entry are the two best things for us. I only wish we had implemented it sooner! It has saved our payables processor so much time. I can't forget that we never have to file another piece of paper or stuff another envelope with a payment. If I have to think of something, I would say if we could set up defaults for more than one expense on a vendor, but it's a small one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the automation of the connection between MT and quickbooks. For the most part it has made things a lot quicker for paying vendors. We have tried other bill pay vendors and feel MT has met most of our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had a lot of issues at the beginning, our compnay profile was corrupt and so MT uploaded all our vendor ACH info for us and some numbers were transposed and we became a victim of fraud.

Its intuitive user interface, comprehensive functionalities, and responsive customer support (live chat and Zendesk are both very responsive) as well as an attractive value proposition, makes it a worthy contender in the competitive AP software arena. Acquisitions. It is a nightmare when we acquire a new entity becuase MineralTree can only refresh the entire instance and cannot pull in the new entity from NetSuite. Not very sustainable in the long run as a company grows larger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MineralTree is great for collaborating with our team on allocating the different expenses on an invoice to the appropriate accounts in our system. I like the second approver feature to have a second set of eyes on high value invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
