What do you like best about MineralTree?

I like the automation of the connection between MT and QuickBooks. For the most part, it has made things a lot quicker for paying vendors. We have tried other bill pay vendors and feel MT has met most of our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineralTree?

We had a lot of issues at the beginning, our company profile was corrupt and so MT uploaded all our vendor ACH info for us and some numbers were transposed and we became a victim of fraud. One thing I would suggest is for the vendor to be able to provide a link and they have to enter their own ACH information! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MineralTree?

The ease of gathering the invoices in one place. Makes it so much easier to manage and send out invoices for approval. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineralTree?

Acquisitions. It is a nightmare when we acquire a new entity because MineralTree can only refresh the entire instance and cannot pull in the new entity from NetSuite. Not very sustainable in the long run as a company grows larger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MineralTree?

MineralTree is great for collaborating with our team on allocating the different expenses on an invoice to the appropriate accounts in our system. I like the second approver feature to have a second set of eyes on high value invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MineralTree?

Easy for assigning approver by picking individual and defaulting approvers for ease of access. Navigating through MT is not hard, fairly easy software to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unable to support foreign currency. Credits applied are treated as separate invoices. If the accounting software is more specialized and complex, unable to code invoices correctly. Unable to deal with PO side of the AP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
