**What do you like best about Minecare?**

Their dispatch system is flawless with less downtime; we use it at our mine here in South Africa without much problems. Well recommended to other mine players out there.It is a stable system and operator safety has been enhanced,one can monitor systems remotely and what I like the most is like Minecare has easy-to-use dashboards which is a reall good plus

**What do you dislike about Minecare?**

The system needs a bit of better network coverage especially in mining environments and given the fact that most equipment is mobile,when the network drops then no updates might be received until the machine goes somewhere where network coverage is available

**What problems is Minecare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Minecare brings real time actionable insights about fleet perfomance at the mine and this helps us technicians on the network side check how devices are perfoming and where the trucks are if we need to attend to faults even at night.The application tiles thereof have summary information which makes navigation and information search quite easy.Management always say equipment reliability has increased and as employees we also see it,operator safety increased,maintanance costs reduce and  last but not least there is reduced need for manual operational data correlation when using MineCare

**What do you like best about Minecare?**

I have used it in many client projects that have data mining features so we can migrate the on-prem servers to the cloud.

**What do you dislike about Minecare?**

I would like to say that it has to cost high according to high usage & their services.

**What problems is Minecare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved many client's data moving or data migration problems directly from the on-prem servers to cloud environments.
