The editing features are straightforward. We can use this in meetings and share across our administrative team. This also gives a solid presentable to the Business Development team in our weekly meetings. We can track who needs to gather information and assign responsibilities or contacts to staff to keep us on track for a concise proposal or contract document.

The color schemes are seriously lacking in variance and options. It's not pretty, but it is very functional.

Production scheduling. We use it to keep track of the projects and proposals we're working on for time management and production management. It also helps us keep track of who is in charge of a project (such as prime consultant, subconsultant, or unknown roles). This helps with our business development and corporate relationships.
