I like the initial portion named Mind Map. It helps you to illustrate which work comes after which one by a tree. The tree has branches and leaves that add extra details to the hierarchy. It is a common practice we do in our whiteboards but has not been seen in any other software or platform. Moreover, the Gant Chart is created based on the mind map. It is simply amazing. I'm not too fond of the fact that graphical representation of the Gant chart is a bit tough to grab at first glance. I had the struggle to understand which line means what. The editing features are straightforward. We can use this in meetings and share across our administrative team. This also gives a solid presentable to the Business Development team in our weekly meetings. We can track who needs to gather information and assign responsibilities or contacts to staff to keep us on track for a concise proposal or contract document.
