Great tool to have the performance of the team, JIRA requires a lot of namual filters to get the data, however i can directly get the summary about the bottlenecks. It gets easier to measure goals that change every quarter for us. With Middleware, we are able to get a more hollistic view of how well our teams are performing and identify gaps and bottlenecks that need to be addressed. Outside of the tool itself, the team has been absolutely amazing in helping us get everything setup and they are always available to answer our questions or try to figure out how we can solve a problem using their platform. **What do you dislike about Middleware?** No major dislikes to mention at the moment.
