It gets easier to measure goals that change every quarter for us. With Middleware, we are able to get a more hollistic view of how well our teams are performing and identify gaps and bottlenecks that need to be addressed. Outside of the tool itself, the team has been absolutely amazing in helping us get everything setup and they are always available to answer our questions or try to figure out how we can solve a problem using their platform. **What do you dislike about Middleware?** No major dislikes to mention at the moment. We are working with them on possibly getting additional data points like Sprint over Sprint trends and defect ratio which will be a nice addition to what is already available. **What problems is Middleware solving and how is that benefiting you?** We want to empower our teams to take ownership of their efficiency and productivity and Middleware is a fantastic tool at identifying what areas teams are excelling at and what areas could use some improvement.
