Working with JIRA, GitHhub, with MiddlewareHQ we can get different metrics without getting into manual reports.It's really easy to get all the metrics for internal meetings. Great tool to have the performance of the team, JIRA requires a lot of namual filters to get the data, however i can directly get the summary about the bottlenecks. It gets easier to measure goals that change every quarter for us. Earlier i used to work with Google sheets, Excel, Charts but now with Middleware, everything is available in one tool.
