What do you like best about MIDAS?

Ease of use! Details! Set up notes done for you in a sense by allowing you to enter "resources" and it will tell you if there are not enough tables, chairs etc. That is Great!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MIDAS?

It's a little time consuming compared to other booking softwares, but that's due to the amount of detail, so it's a trade off, bur once you use it for a while, you learn shortcuts to work a little quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MIDAS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We now know if we have enough resources in times that we have multiple events happening so we now know if we need to go through a rental company in advance opposed to last minute....that's a huge help! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Much to Offer but Not User Friendly "

What do you like best about MIDAS?

I love that Midas has so much to offer. We primarily use it for reports and the options for sorting provide us a great opportunity to break down our client bases. I also like that we can record notes for others to see on client accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MIDAS?

Learning Midas is NOT easy. It's not the most user friendly program but it is navigateable once you get some basics down. I believe because it's so vast in what it can do, it is easy to get lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MIDAS solving and how is that benefiting you?

MIDAS allows all of the departments to coordinate. Admissions, finance, utilization review, billing, etc. We can see who has done what with each patient. It's also how we provide census to the doctors and admins at the hospital. Because we can sort our census by dr/unit, it helps doctors keep track of their new patients and admitting diagnoses. What do you like best about MIDAS?

The system is simple to use and allows you to incorporate building managers which lets the folks running the space make the decisions. It also allows for easy inventory tracking for commonly used resources which avoids overbooking both rooms AND portable items like tables and chairs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MIDAS?

The limit on users can be problematic and is only overcome by paying additional fees. A number of features that could really be seen as core functions are separated and marketed as add-on items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This product does not have as many bells and whistles as more expensive products in its market, but it has all the qualities required for your basic needs at a small fraction of the cost of the more comprehensive solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are solving the issue of involved parties not knowing about events in their areas, maintenance not knowing about setups that need done or changed, and requesters not knowing if their event is set or not.
