It saves me plenty of time; Rather than uploading documents to individual emails (like sending respective certificates), I can create a flow to use a simple email template, and automatically send the respective certificates as pdf attachments out to people as per their individual email-id or name. I like to use it frequently to do many such kinds of automations. It easily gets integrated with other MS 365 apps. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?** It has a limitation with the free enterprise account: It sends out only 20 emails at a time, after that you need to re-run the flow and update the spreadsheet through which you are running the flow. It runs on a Power Automate flow I've designed: using an email template I've provided it, dynamically pulls the names, emails and pdf names of the receivers from a spreadsheet, then sends those certificates out one by one to all those receivers through email, automatically, once I run the flow.
