It was already decent since it was no code, but using natural language is way easier for a non-technical person. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?** It's still taking a bit of time to learn how to build and the level of effectiveness of complex flows. I also haven't really tried using connection points beyond the o365 ecosystem so I can't comment on that. **What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Primarily for email traffic sorting, handling, and summarizing.
