The difficulty of simulating data. The review of executions. The esoteric cost of AI credits. **What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integrate validation and notification flows directly into Teams without having to set up complicated connections. Automatically save files received by email to OneDrive. ### 2. This eliminates the need for a dedicated development environment or platform, which simplifies the workflow significantly. I also find the visual method for managing and tracking integrations and automatic processes incredibly useful, as it makes it easier to understand and oversee ongoing operations. Additionally, its seamless integration with Dynamics CRM and other Microsoft products, along with Salesforce, is a major advantage. This ease of integration helps streamline processes and enhances productivity when working across various platforms. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?** The flows in Microsoft Power Automate often become too long and difficult to follow, making management cumbersome. The logging capabilities are quite limited, which makes troubleshooting errors challenging. Additionally, the tool experiences sudden crashes without notifications, leaving the reasons for these issues unclear. Building flows often unexpectedly requires coding within the flow, complicating the process further. The integration with NetSuite is particularly problematic as it is not straightforward. Moreover, the initial setup and connection to systems were difficult, taking my team several weeks to complete. For more complex and lengthy processes, Microsoft Power Automate is not suitable, as reflected in my low recommendation score of 3 for users with similar needs. **What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Microsoft Power Automate to sync data between Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, and NetSuite, addressing transaction management across systems. It allows building flows without coding, offers a visual integration method, and integrates well with Microsoft products. ### 3. A missed Opportunity. **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Printing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2019 **What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?** I like the fact that while I am not a programmer, my knowledge of rules based processes allow me to build automated processes with ease. I enjoy taking away the repetitive tasks at my job. I can work on more important things and other processes while my automation assists me. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?** The software and UI is pretty great. I enjoy how user friendly things are to implement processes....though, the business side of things I have had a hard time with. If you do not continue to pay for a software assurance plan you lose ALL support for the software. Not just technical questions but basic as in something is not working right with the software. I got the software before they updated their site to advertise the "No hidden fees" stuff. Example. Daylight savings just happened....Windows auto updated the time and so did the winautomation console, but I have schedules set for process and while the schedules are set correctly...the "Next scheduled run" and the "actual run time" are an hour off from when it is set to run. I asked about this to the support team and they would not help me because I did not have an up to date software assurance plan. They said I should contact the sale department to upgrade so that I may receive support on the matter. I did, I emailed the sales department TWICE the first on January 28th and recently on March 12th how much it would cost and that I was really wanting and needing to get the plan and they never responded. I was and am STILL WILLING to give them my money just to get some basic support for the software that I am using, but they wont even give me that. Pretty decent software for a beginner, but stay away if you are using it for your business. **Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Power Automate:** If you are a small time user this might be for you. Not Clarity on their licenses **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Juan Carlos S. | Mr, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2019 **What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?** Aparently it has the option to deal with Terminal, The software is used by other peers on my department and it works great but when looking to the complete list of options I contacted the sales department and they do provide me professional support, they are reliabale on their answers even do they do no thave the complete informaiton they asked for time and he got me business examples and many others but licenses when our team reach the license it does not showed the options. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?** Even I contacted the sales dept and many email they never gave me the option to get the license, plug in add on or whatever to work with the terminal services so the software got completely out of service for our purposes. Terminal services and deal with as400 is part of the main tools we are looking to deal with but ut was really hard to get the path to reach out those licenses and appears to be that I need to buy a lot of licenses and many other features I do not need so I can reach this and the fact that I need something specific to work with elhapi tools that is part of the most basic tools the system, windows and many other features has is completely disapointing. **Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Power Automate:** Application seems to be fine however they dont have clarity on their own software. **What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?** I tried to work with temrinal services but couldn't complete it. ### 7. 5.0 was the last version that worked well, even with its flaws. **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Jeff F. | Lead Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2019 **What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?** the 5.0 version works great, in terminal server/virtual PC environments. This makes it great for large scale projects. The 5.0 version has a few great features with regards to finding images on the screen and responding to those images with different outcomes. The Error response is adequate, there are a few errors that will lead to a dead end, but for the most part you can build out logic to handle the unexpected. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?** 6.0 and later has to many issues, it won't attach to Windows Application as reliable as previous versions and will not run without issues in a virtual environment. Another dislike is the company has removed a great deal of information in the knowledge base from the internet. A lot of google searches reference valuable information on previous and later versions that now just leads to a dead link. This is the major reason I rated it a 4, and we are actively looking for a different solution. **Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Power Automate:** Utilize the free trial to make sure that the latest version is going to accomplish your task prior to purchase.
