The integration with all the M265 tools and multiple third party applications for seamless which helps in powerful workflows. And the pre built templates which helps lot rather building everything from scratch which helped in time reducing and efforts. Most importantly , the triggers or the conditions which help in automating the system based on the business use cases or needs, and the implementation was easy being a user friendly interface an understandable which helped in customer support. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?** There might be a room for improvement where in debugging or analyzing the logs, by improving the error message or a visual audit logs to ensure the root cause . And sometimes doing the test phase , sometime the automations response was altered due to multiple factor being , numbers of connectors , number of events etc. **What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?** In a way it helped me in automating daily reporting and task reminders by saving hours , and also helped in automating the marketing strategy by alerting based on the process, issue , tasks etc. Helped in building consistent workflows, the process that follows the same way every time without any interruptions which helped in reliability and compliance.
