"Time-Saving Email Organization with Folders and App Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

I like being able to create folders to organize my messages. It integrates with many different apps. I use Tasks in a Box and it saves me time. I also like on Outlook Classic, I can identify a folder for email to go before I send. This feature save me time each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Calendar Issues Undercut an Otherwise Well-Organized Email Experience"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

The best functions are the ability to pin important emails to the top and create folders and subfolders to organize emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

The calendar function is repeatedly having issues. It will auto save a Teams meeting when the event being placed on the calendar does not involve a teams meeting. It is difficult to transfer ownership of a meeting series to someone else to edit. Adding calendars and prioritizing them the way you want is impossible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect Email Format for my Needs!"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

How simple it is and the fact that I can have the app on both my iPhone and my Macbook Air. There's nothing fancy about it, but it works great and I never have issues with it. I also know that Outlook is widely used within the business/legal field, so it's nice to know that while I'm in school, I'm becoming very familiar with the email system that I'll likely be using for th erest of my career. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

I wish that the user interface looked a little more modern/sleek. Sometimes it looks like an older or more boring user interface, and I think if they updated it something more in line with Gmail or just did a facial refresh, it would be even better. As it currently stands, it looks like something from the early 2000s. I understand that Outlook is probably geared more towards business professionals, so making something like fancy and cool isn't really a huge priority, I just think it would make the interface more fun to use and maybe attract more people to use it. Adding more color or just providing and overall update to refresh the look would be a big step in modernizing it for younger generations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Microsoft offers an integrated ecosystem, and the seamless connection between email, calendar, and tasks is my favourite aspect. I appreciate how easily I can turn an email into a meeting or a task with just a few clicks, which helps me keep my workflow organised all in one place. ease of integration with all Microsoft products, such as Excel, Word, and other platforms. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

At times, the search tool feels unintuitive. Finding specific old threads can be challenging unless you remember the exact keywords or the folders where they are stored. The main issue is that the user interface often appears somewhat cluttered, especially when compared to more modern, minimalist email clients. This can make the learning curve steeper for new users. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

I dislike that I cannot pass on ownership of meetings to other people and that whenever I need to update the participants of a meeting, it sends a notification to everyone who is involved in that meeting. So it just creates a lot of digital noise that I don't like at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
