The most helpful feature of Outlook is the grouping of emails in the same thread as this helps keep me organized. I also like how you can set rules for different domains or senders to go to specific folders. The spam filter does not work that great. We use Mimecast as an integration to help with spam. Additionally, the calendar notification function from Outlook occasionally glitches by not closing out or by repeating the same event even though I dismissed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
