They always replied fast, were tentative to our needs and would adjust to our needs and format of the interview **What do you dislike about Michael Page International?** It took them a couple of weeks for them to fully understand what we do, and most candidates thought the role was different from the actual job. This caused a lot candidates to drop out of the process and was a waste of our time. They should have taken more time to understand what we do. Also it took them a while to start scheduling the interviews through Google calendar that we had requested. In the start, the quality of the candidates was also very low but this quickly improved. **Recommendations to others considering Michael Page International:** Make sure you have a deep discussion with the client to understand exactly what they do and what types of profiles they are looking for. Be more transparent with the end client regarding the screening process of the candidates. **What problems is Michael Page International solving and how is that benefiting you?** We hired Michael Page International when we opened our offices in Bogota. We hired 52 people through them before we onboarded our own talent acquisition team. The benefit is that you can start interviewing, and hiring people without having a functional HR and recruiting team. ### 2. They sourced candidates in a very busy industry and precleared them before bringing them in for internal interviews. **What do you like best about Michael Page International?** Overall, they did pretty well in finding qualified candidates for the positions. **What do you dislike about Michael Page International?** Like any other sourcing group, they are only as good as you are specific in what you are looking for. **Recommendations to others considering Michael Page International:** Always be very specific in what you are looking for in your candidate.
