Additionally, to cater to the needs of our request, they have provided very professional advice that best suits the demographic of attendees. On the day of our webinar, Micepad even allocated dedicated headcounts to help assist us with an immediate response when we face any issues that we are not familiar with. **What do you dislike about Micepad?** It is very customizable and requires a lot of prior planning before we can commence on the webinar. It is not a very simple plug and play kind of solution, however, the customer support has guided me throughout the processes. **What problems is Micepad solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to have a platform to showcase our products and at the same time, to gather product feedback from the ground. Upon using Micepad, we are able to do so but showcasing our products and at the same time, using the features in Micepad such as Polling and Feedback forms. ### 2. We have been recommended Micepad service to all the requestors. **What problems is Micepad solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was the first time to leverage the platform in the virtual event. The user journey is very user friendly! Account set up and dashboard are great, easy to navigate around. I’m not a tech whiz but Micepad’s user experience is quick to pick up. As for our event participants, they loved most of the features and the convenience of it. We had very positive feedbacks and would like to continue using Micepad. Efficient and helpful support received as well. **What do you dislike about Micepad?** Not much to dislike about but it requires email and password log in for attendees. This really helps to smoothen the registration process and we are able to keep track of the registration status in real-time, synchronized across all our event check-in counters. The onsite support team is always fantastic as well. MicePad also functions as a lead scanner, being able to track the delegate journey across multiple stations as delegates scanned comes with a time stamp in the final report. **What do you dislike about Micepad?** The event application only works on iPads so lead scanners are a little bulky. Not a major issue for exhibitor booths, but a smaller device such as a phone would work better when scanning delegates for conference sessions. It would be great if we could also add a registration blacklist that flags out any blacklisted registration such as a competitor when he/she tries to do a walk-in registration. A message along the lines of - unable to register and to approach an event staff for further assistance. **What problems is Micepad solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had yet to have the opportunity to try their mobile event application so I would say the greatest benefit of using MicePad is having removed the hassle of manual registration check-in. A must-have for any medium-large conference or event. ### 8.
