I connected Jira in under two minutes: OAuth, picked the projects, and I was done. No custom fields and no manual syncing— the data was simply there.
What I appreciate most is that the metrics feel real. Cycle time is calculated from actual status transitions, not from field values. I can see reopen rate and quickly understand where the quality issues are coming from. The PSI score gives me a single number I can trust, without having to configure anything.
The AI also surprised me. When I asked about long cycle times, I got a specific breakdown by issue rather than a generic tip. I also use it to create tasks directly in Jira from chat, which saves a lot of context switching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product still feels early-stage, and a few UI flows come across as unfinished. I’d really like more control over the PSI thresholds. There also isn’t any formal documentation yet, so I ended up relying on trial and error to figure out some of the features.
