## About mFlow
mFlow gives small engineering teams full delivery clarity from Jira — without a dedicated PM or manual reporting. Connect Jira once via OAuth. mFlow reads your changelog automatically and computes real delivery metrics: PSI score (0–100 project health index), cycle time from actual status transitions, reopen rate, throughput, and risk flags — no custom fields, no tags, no configuration. The built-in AI assistant has full context of your delivery data. Ask "what is slowing us down?" or "why did we miss last sprint?" and get specific, data-backed answers — not generic advice. Built for CTOs and engineering leads at startups where the eng lead is also the PM. Free tier available, connects in under 2 minutes.

## mFlow Reviews
 ### 1. Two-Minute Jira Setup with Trustworthy Metrics and Surprisingly Helpful AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about mFlow?**

I connected Jira in under two minutes: OAuth, picked the projects, and I was done. No custom fields and no manual syncing— the data was simply there.

What I appreciate most is that the metrics feel real. Cycle time is calculated from actual status transitions, not from field values. I can see reopen rate and quickly understand where the quality issues are coming from. The PSI score gives me a single number I can trust, without having to configure anything.

The AI also surprised me. When I asked about long cycle times, I got a specific breakdown by issue rather than a generic tip. I also use it to create tasks directly in Jira from chat, which saves a lot of context switching.

**What do you dislike about mFlow?**

The product still feels early-stage, and a few UI flows come across as unfinished. I’d really like more control over the PSI thresholds. There also isn’t any formal documentation yet, so I ended up relying on trial and error to figure out some of the features.
I'd like to export some of these metrics to PDF for stakeholders

**What problems is mFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira statuses are often a lie—tickets sit in “In Progress” for a week and you still don’t know why. I used to waste way too much time playing detective just to figure out what was actually happening. Now I’m using this to get a more realistic view of our cycle time, without having to manually nag everyone for updates. It’s basically an automated sanity check for my dashboard, and it helps me trust what I’m seeing.
