Metric.ai was a breath of fresh air after our firm compared to the more "entrenched" solution we were using prior to Metric. Being a design/engineering firm, the functionality, UI design and layout was instantly a better fit for our team. Metric delivered on promises our previously solution could not provide over years of engagement. It is designed in a way that it is centralized and you can see the entire process at one place. The features that are mostly used by me are client portal resource management project management time and expense tracking. It creates high level visuals and keeps the track of data. I have been using metric.ai for quite a long time now and it is a software that I overall love working with. It doesn't work that well for large sized businesses or maybe it is designed in that way. It takes a lot of time to learn its working so there needs to be a tutorial or basic training on how to use it. There are not much problems and these are just minor issues that could be better.
