What I like best about Metorik is that it gives me a true single source of truth for revenue without having to stitch together a bunch of different reports or tools. I can quickly see what’s happening across the business, then drill down into individual orders, referrals, and customer behavior without losing context. Being able to understand how often someone has ordered and connect that back to performance is especially helpful, and the custom reporting makes it easy to answer specific questions without waiting on someone else or building something from scratch. What I dislike about Metorik is that while it’s incredibly powerful, the reports can sometimes be confusing to set up. It’s not always immediately clear how to structure what I’m trying to look for, so there’s a bit of trial and error before I get it right. What problems is Metorik solving and how is that benefiting you? What Metorik is solving for me is the challenge of making sense of ecommerce data in a way that actually feels usable day to day. Even though we use Shopify, it gives me a deeper layer of visibility and structure on top of that, so I’m not stuck pulling pieces together from different places. It acts as a single source of truth for revenue and customer behavior, where I can easily drill into individual orders, see referral sources, understand repeat purchase patterns, and run custom reports without rebuilding everything from scratch each time. One of the biggest benefits is having historical data going back 7 years, which makes it incredibly valuable for spotting long-term trends, understanding seasonality, and making decisions with real context instead of just what’s happening right now. I guess it's time to add features AI-powered, like creating custom reports and notifications based on the data analysis on the store and without having to fiddle to much but it a more natural interaction, allowing teams to work smoothly even when the account is used by other people other than the marketing expert. Getting data from Woocommerce stores that in the Woocommerce interface is messy, takes too many clicks, requires to login in the website or payment platform (increasing the risks of errors or cyberthreats for people that's not too tech savy in the team but needs to have a quick glance at the orders and sales). Especially for someone who is not a CFO, but a founder...it makes clear on drivers, what is working and what isn't to have clear data at my hands to make decisions. The ability to search our data quickly has improved our customer service and marketing. We can find issues faster than we were with the setup we had before. It has streamlined a lot of our processes and we have seen an increase in revenue over the past few months. Integration with our ESP would be ideal so we could put customer data and email data side by side. More integrations would be ideal, the customer service has been very helpful. Recommendations to others considering Metorik: If you need a solution for aggregating customer data and putting it into meaningful reports right out of the box I would recommend trying Metorik. I have been searching websites like this since I started my online store with WooCommerce. I have been using the WooCommerce app on my mobile but was wondering if similar software is available for PC, and here it is. It's effortless to use, to see new orders, add new products and see the reports of my store. I like it the best. But it would be great if I could use plugins like payment gateway plugins and license manager plugins directly from their software. I love that you can go into an order and see so many details: everything from how the person originated in finding your site, all the way through checkout, you can really see the process people go through when it comes to making an e-commerce sale. It would be neat if it had more analytics-like features: such as traffic info such as referral and social traffic, that sort of thing.
