It's hard to weigh between the amount of data that has been game-changing for the business or the fact that their team is one of the best to communicate with...they are receptive to new ideas and implementation but also have one of the best core products for financial data I've ever seen. Especially for someone who is not a CFO, but a founder...it makes clear on drivers, what is working and what isn't to have clear data at my hands to make decisions. The ability to search our data quickly has improved our customer service and marketing. We can find issues faster than we were with the setup we had before. Integration with our ESP would be ideal so we could put customer data and email data side by side. More integrations would be ideal, the customer service has been very helpful. The UI UX of Merotik I like the best. I have been searching websites like this since I started my online store with WooCommerce. I have been using the WooCommerce app on my mobile but was wondering if similar software is available for PC, and here it is. It's effortless to use, to see new orders, add new products and see the reports of my store. I like it the best. There is nothing I dislike about this software. But it would be great if I could use plugins like payment gateway plugins and license manager plugins directly from their software. It would be neat if it had more analytics-like features: such as traffic info such as referral and social traffic, that sort of thing. But its focus is ecommerce in tandem with WooCommerce so...that's not really its scope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That I have a lot of clarity if I won or lost money on the day. Integrate all the costs of the payment gateway, shipping cost, cogs, fullfilment, among others, into the dashboard. This allows you to know your profitability of the day, to know where you are losing money or winning. Everything I like about Metork is my preferred platform. Perhaps they have the possibility of not charging you anything for having websites with zero transactions, it sounds strange but I migrated from woocommerce to Shopify and I could not successfully migrate my orders, so if I want to check the history I have to pay.
