It just makes the data feel usable instead of overwhelming, which is rare. **What do you dislike about Metorik?** What I dislike about Metorik is that while it’s incredibly powerful, the reports can sometimes be confusing to set up. It’s not always immediately clear how to structure what I’m trying to look for, so there’s a bit of trial and error before I get it right. Once it’s built, the insights are great, but getting there can take longer than I’d like, especially when I just need a quick answer. **What problems is Metorik solving and how is that benefiting you?** What Metorik is solving for me is the challenge of making sense of ecommerce data in a way that actually feels usable day to day. Even though we use Shopify, it gives me a deeper layer of visibility and structure on top of that, so I’m not stuck pulling pieces together from different places. It acts as a single source of truth for revenue and customer behavior, where I can easily drill into individual orders, see referral sources, understand repeat purchase patterns, and run custom reports without rebuilding everything from scratch each time. One of the biggest benefits is having historical data going back 7 years, which makes it incredibly valuable for spotting long-term trends, understanding seasonality, and making decisions with real context instead of just what’s happening right now. ### 2. I've always been in love with how they handle all the data, the custom fields etc. If you don't know anything they usually respond within a few hours, which makes working with Metorik just satisfying. **What do you dislike about Metorik?** Usually i'm very picky, but there isn't much to dislike about Metorik. **What problems is Metorik solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're having perfect insights on what is happening on our store(s). It does its job nicely and with little to 0 error. **What do you dislike about Metorik?** I guess it's time to add features AI-powered, like creating custom reports and notifications based on the data analysis on the store and without having to fiddle to much but it a more natural interaction, allowing teams to work smoothly even when the account is used by other people other than the marketing expert. **What problems is Metorik solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting data from Woocommerce stores that in the Woocommerce interface is messy, takes too many clicks, requires to login in the website or payment platform (increasing the risks of errors or cyberthreats for people that's not too tech savy in the team but needs to have a quick glance at the orders and sales). It makes my daily work faster, smoother and helps the team to stay synced without lenghty calls. ### 4. Especially for someone who is not a CFO, but a founder...it makes clear on drivers, what is working and what isn't to have clear data at my hands to make decisions. Their support is insane, quick and always willing to dig deep. We can find issues faster than we were with the setup we had before. It has streamlined a lot of our processes and we have seen an increase in revenue over the past few months. I would attribute a portion of this to Metorik giving us the ability to get relevant data with ease. **What do you dislike about Metorik?** Integration with our ESP would be ideal so we could put customer data and email data side by side. More integrations would be ideal, the customer service has been very helpful. But if we could integrate with Intercom to pull up customer info in Metorik from within Intercom that would be a big benefit for us. **Recommendations to others considering Metorik:** If you need a solution for aggregating customer data and putting it into meaningful reports right out of the box I would recommend trying Metorik. Their free trial was what really sold us. **What problems is Metorik solving and how is that benefiting you?** We quickly see what promotions are resonating with our users and make on-the-fly adjustments to the website, increasing our conversion rate. I have been searching websites like this since I started my online store with WooCommerce. I have been using the WooCommerce app on my mobile but was wondering if similar software is available for PC, and here it is. It's effortless to use, to see new orders, add new products and see the reports of my store. I like it the best. It shows me detailed information like how much I have sold etc. **What do you dislike about Metorik?** There is nothing I dislike about this software. But it would be great if I could use plugins like payment gateway plugins and license manager plugins directly from their software. I have to go to my WordPress admin panel each time I add new license codes to sell on my store. **Recommendations to others considering Metorik:** If you have a WooCommerce store and want something cool and something easy to manage your store, then I must say Metorik is what you need. But its focus is ecommerce in tandem with WooCommerce so...that's not really its scope. **What problems is Metorik solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is so much more detailed information that you can find to help you understand where your customers are coming from - it's so much more detailed and helpful than Google Analytics in that regard. Furthermore, you can group and segment customers out by date, what they purchased, location, origination (ie if they found you via Google Search or if they were a direct site visit), and more. ### 10. Integrate all the costs of the payment gateway, shipping cost, cogs, fullfilment, among others, into the dashboard. This allows you to know your profitability of the day, to know where you are losing money or winning. I have tried other platforms in Shopify and they do not allow you to configure the shipping costs in depth and that biases the results. **What do you dislike about Metorik?** Everything I like about Metork is my preferred platform. Perhaps they have the possibility of not charging you anything for having websites with zero transactions, it sounds strange but I migrated from woocommerce to Shopify and I could not successfully migrate my orders, so if I want to check the history I have to pay. **What problems is Metorik solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main thing is that I can see the daily ROI and that helps me make decisions. Quickly know the amount of inventory available and the speed with which they are moving, plus I can do much more in-depth analysis because the information is given to me much more clearly. ### 11. Having this information at hand gives me greater insights into what my customer's value & how can I meet their expectations, both in products and services. Really clean interface, the ability to segment by virtually any criteria you can imagine and save and share those segments with the team. Each account gets unlimited users, and it's intuitive to use for new team members. If you're looking for a way to get more insight into your ecommerce store sales this will work out great for you. It also lets you added unlimited woocommerce and shopify stores, and there's a dashboard that shows a combined total for your ecommerce empire.
