I use Method CRM to eliminate double data entry, and it gives my sales team access to relevant data. I like the two-way QuickBook sync and self-service customer portals. What do you like best about Method CRM?

The two-way sync with QuickBooks Online was a must-have and works flawlessly. Implementation was straightforward, and we now use it every single day. The customization options have been outstanding, letting us tailor workflows to match how we actually operate. Because there are so many customization options, it can take a little time upfront to set things up exactly how you want them. Also, user-level customizations are limited — most adjustments require a customization appointment. I like the ability to see variations of different work order statuses at a glance, and how easily I can add and remove items. I also appreciate being able to add photos to the tickets.
