There is huge flexibility with users, authentication sources, user groups and workflows to get files processed and through the system. Performance is good and again the GUI lets the user know progress. From an admin point of view, reports are comprehensive and exceptions such as file blocks a reported well. The ongoing cost for support and maintenance is reasonable, which includes all AV engines' signature updates. access to engineering support has been excellent. **What do you dislike about MetaDefender Managed File Transfer™ (MFT)?** There is nothing functionally sub-optimal about MFT or the wider Opswat architecture.
