Its less user friendly interface and powerless features make it diffiulr to organize and search through my messages. The weak archiving and compliance capabilities does not provide me with peace of mind. **What do you dislike about MessageSolution?** It does not make me know that my companys data is secure or not. The customer support is not well organized and not ready to assist and quick to respond. MessageSolution has truly disturbed email management. **What problems is MessageSolution solving and how is that benefiting you?** The user interface lacks intuitiveness. It is sometimes difficult to navigate. The customer support needs to be more efficient and responsive making it difficult to solve any concerns or resolve issues promptly. The pricing structure lacks transparency with fees. ### 2.
