Budget tracking monitors planned versus actual spending, while phase-aware Gantt charts manage dependencies across timelines. Sprint boards connect to execution for live progress tracking. Stakeholder management uses power-interest grids to monitor engagement. Phase gates establish entry and exit criteria with sign-off workflows, while an audit log ensures accountability. Lessons learned capture supports knowledge retention. Authentication integrates with Google and Microsoft accounts, with SAML single sign-on available for enterprises.
