I really appreciate Merchkit's flexibility and how it solves multiple use cases for us. It's a great product out of the box, and the team is fantastic to work with. I think, like most AI solutions out there, you'll need to tweak it a little bit out of the box to get it refined, like, particularly the prompt layer.
