We recently switched to the IRIS CRM from Salesforce and the migration was seamless plus we had top notch support every step of the way. As and administrator the back end setup and management is a breeze, very easy to learn, understand and customize. Our implementation manager Viktoriya has been awesome, we are loving the features available to us, the system is easy to use and navigate plus it is built for our industry. I have been most surprised with the support we have received, not only from Viktoriya but Demitri, Mohammad, Jaron, Mario and the representatives standing by on chat to answer any question I may have. IRIS is open to our feedback as well and the turn around time on updates have been outstanding. They really have thought of everything for the merchant services sales industry. IRIS CRM is a tool for business management and is a cloud-based solution. We recently switched from other software to this and we have no regret. Since we can perform all the functions from the management of tasks to customers so well with it. Email marketing is another edge of using it. And we highly admire the quality of the people that are in its support team since they are highly responsive. Its reports contain many details and are quite cleaner than our previous experience. I have a severe problem with its charges. No doubt it is far better software than my previous one but it is much expensive in comparison to my previous one. But the features it provides justifies its pricing fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mohamad has been incredibly helpful in all of my mapping issues and will jump on a meeting with me, share the screen to show me what is happening in the background as well as explaining "logic" formulas to me. 1. ERR pricing is one of the best and can be shared and collaborated with teams and can be edited within Teams.

2. The tracking of growth and profit and average mean time calculations on portfolios are very accurate and can be adopted very well

There isn't much to dislike. If you aren't using any of the major processors (First Data, TSYS, Elavon to name a few) they have relationships with, you won't gain the benefits of the onboarding automation and transaction reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Responsive, helpful service, and constant iterative enhancements. Their support team is prompt and eager to help, their engineering team releases a steady stream of new features, and their product team prioritizes feature development based on actually listening to their customers.
